A machine stitch has a practical minimum width of about a millimeter. Anything finer has to be fattened, merged or dropped — and a digitizer you have never met makes that call once, for every garment you will ever order.

You keep $105.25 on five shirts — 52%. Roughly $15 of that is the art charge you never pay, $3.20 is the shirt, and $2.85 is the decoration. *Decoration time runs from the later of proof approval and the blanks arriving at our facility.

Yes, and it is included — no per-name charge and no separate setup. Send a roster with sizes and we will bag and label each one.
No, and we will not pretend otherwise. Simbroidery reproduces the raised texture, thread striation and edge of embroidery while rendering your art at full resolution. At arm's length most people cannot tell them apart. Up close, ours holds detail that thread physically cannot. If a franchise standard or spec sheet requires literal thread, tell us and we will say so up front.
50 to 100 washes when it is applied correctly and cared for properly. That matches or beats traditional screen printing, and outlasts direct-to-garment or vinyl.
Wash cold, tumble low, no bleach, and keep an iron off the decoration itself. Hot water and bleach are what shorten its life, so the care label is worth passing on to whoever handles your laundry.
No. PNG, JPG, PDF and SVG all work. Higher resolution is better, but a 300px logo pulled off your website is usually fine at chest size. If it is not, we will tell you before we run it rather than after.
